TTK Healthcare Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of TTK Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held on May 23, 2022, has considered and approved / recommended the dividend of Rs.10/- (100%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 which shall be paid / despatched within 21 days from the date of AGM, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
