ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2022 have recommended a dividend of Rs.12/- per equity share of Re.5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 to the shareholders for approval. The said dividend, if approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), shall be paid on or before August 25, 2022.
