UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd has recommended a Dividend of INR 2 per Equity Share of INR 10 each i.e., 20% for Financial Year 2021-22. This Dividend is subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting which will be held on or before September 30, 2022.
