PI Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of PI Industries Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2022 has considered and recommended a final dividend of 300% i.e. Rs.3/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity Share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend is in addition to interim dividend of Rs.3/- per equity share already declared during the financial year 2022.

The above dividend, if declared, by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited I dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of PI Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2522.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2400.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5745 in over 1143 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2541.15 and intraday low of 2399.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14226064.00.
