JK Paper Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 13, 2022 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.5.50 (55%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.

The said dividend if declared by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/despatched within three weeks of the conclusion of said AGM.

Shares of JK Paper Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 305.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 295.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132844 in over 4339 trades.
