Deepak Nitrite Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Deepak Nitrite Ltd, at their Meeting held today i.e. 4th May, 2022, have recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders, a dividend of Rs. 7/- (Rupees Seven Only), being 350%, per equity share for the year ended March 31,2022 on 13,63,93,041equity shares of face vatue of 12/- (Rupees Two only) each.

The dividend, if approved by sharehotlers at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Deepak Nitrite Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2288.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2297.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 139540 in over 3532 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2370.65 and intraday low of 2265.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 322420163.00.
