Shakti Pumps India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Shakti Pumps India Ltd at its meeting held on May 02, 2022, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- Per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 20%) for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
