Capital India Finance recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of directors of Capital India Finance Limited, in its meeting held on April 30, 2022 through video conferencing, has recommended final dividend of INR 0.10/- (Indian Rupee Ten paisa only) per equity share i.e. 1% (one percent) per equity share of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only) each fully paid up, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Capital India Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 127.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 126.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 159 in over 14 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.40 and intraday low of 125.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20548.00.
