Vedanta Ltd approves 1st interim dividend of Rs. 31.50

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd have approved First Interim Dividend of ₹ 31.5 per equity share i.e. 3150% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to c. ₹ 11,710 Crores. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Monday, May 9, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 412.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 411.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1141311 in over 7697 trades.
