VTM Ltd declares dividend of Rs. 0.90

The Board of Directors of VTM Ltd at its meeting held on 25.04.2022 have declared a dividend of Rs. 0.90 (Ninety Paise only) per equity share of Re.1/- each, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM.
