Rallis India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Rallis India Ltd at its meeting held on April 21, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3 per share i.e. 300% for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 74th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
