WardWizard Innovations' updates on Rights Issue

WardWizard Innovations and Mobility Ltd, one of manufacturers of the country's leading electric two-wheeler brand Joy e-bike has got full subscription for its Right Issue of Rs. 23,24,82,423 comprising of 56,70,303 Rights Issue Shares, where promoters of the company did not participate. The company has plans to utilize the right issue proceeds for working capital requirement & other corporate general business purposes.

The Rights Issue was opened for subscription on 7th February 2022 and closed on March 8th, 2022. The Issue saw good response from the shareholders/investors across the country. The Board/Committee of the company will meet soon to decide on the schedule for making Second Call for the Rights Issue.

Shares of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 71.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 369180 in over 2877 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.90 and intraday low of 70.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26535445.00.
