RO Jewels board announces 82:32 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of RO Jewels Limited (Script Code: 543171) at its meeting held on Saturday, 16th April, 2022 has decided to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 82:32 as on the record date decided by board subject to approval of the shareholders in general meeting.
