Nihar Info Global Ltd to consider allotment of shares, warrants on April 26, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Nihar Info Global Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 26th day of April, 2022 at 6.00 P.M. to take note of the Minutes of the previous Board meeting held on 31st January, 2022.

The board will approve the allotment of 34,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to Non-Promoters and 12,00,000 Equity Share Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at par to Promoters on preferential basis, for which "in-principle" approval has been received from BSE on 12th April, 2022.

The board will also consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
