Canara Bank files claim of Rs. 408.83 crore from Reliance Infrastructure Ltd

An application under Section 19 of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, has been filed by the Company's lender namely Canara Bank, claiming repayment of outstanding debt of Rs.408.83 cr. (including interest, as on 28.02.2022).

The Company is engaged in bilateral discussions to resolve the matter amicably and in any event shall take appropriate steps, as may be advised.
