Brigade Enterprises Ltd reappoints Chairman & MD

The Board of Directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., 25th March, 2022 has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. M.R. Jaishankar (DIN: 00191267) as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st April, 2022 to 31st March, 2027.

This is based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholders approval.
