iStreet Network Limited allots 70 lakh warrants, appoints CEO, CFO

The Board of Directors of iStreet Network Limited at its meeting held today i.e 25th March 2022 at 04.00 pm which concluded at 04.40 pm, has considered, approved and alloted 70,00,000 (Seventy Lacs) equity warrants at par i.e at Rs. 4/- each to M/s. Nixel Technology Private Limited.

The board appointed Mr. K.D. Bharathraj as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the company and appointed Ms. Pragya Jain as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the company.

The board also approved the resignation tendered by Ms. Meenu Malu from the post of Managing director of the company and continues to remain the non-executive director of the company.

Shares of iStreet Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2.67 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4900 in over 7 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.67 and intraday low of 2.67. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13083.00.
