Fino Payments Bank reappoints independent directors

The Board of Directors of the Fino Payments Bank Limited ("the Bank") at its meeting held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Kumar Chouhan (DIN:00187253) as an Independent Director of the Bank for a second term of three years commencing from May 2, 2022 till May 1, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders of the Bank.
The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Punita Kumar - Sinha (DIN:05229262) as an Independent Director of the Bank for a second term of three years commencing from May 2, 2022 till May 1, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders of the Bank.
