Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd retrenches workers at its facility

Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited has announced the sale of certain machineries / equipments, situated at Company's facility, rationalization of manpower is necessitated.

The Company has, therefore, retrenched workmen at Company's facility. It has followed the due legal process prescribed under the provisions of Section 25FF of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for the retrenchment of the workmen and have paid the statutory compensation of the eligible workmen.

Shares of TANEJA AEROSPACE & AVIATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25918 in over 303 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 116.00 and intraday low of 110.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2932955.00.
