Pursuant to finalization of the Basis of Allotment of the Rights Issue in consultation with the designated stock exchange, BSE Limited and Registrar to the Issue, the Board of Directors of Tilak Ventures Limited, at its meeting held today, i.e., 22nd March, 2022 has approved the allotment of 9,63,60,000 (Nine Crores Sixty-Three Lakhs Sixty Thousand) partly paidup Equity Shares of face value of Re.1.00/- (Rupees One Only) per Equity Share at price of Rs.5.00/- (Rupees Five Only) per Right Share (Rupees] Only) with Rs.2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paisa Only) paid on application and balance of Rs.2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paisa Only) which shall be paid in one or more calls as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company) to the eligible applicants.
Subsequent to the said allotment, the
issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.12,84,80,000.00/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Eighty-Four Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) divided in 12,84,80,000 (Twelve Crores Eighty-Four Lakhs Eighty Thousand) Equity Shares to Rs.22,48,40,000.00/- (Rupees Twenty-Two Crores Forty-Eight Lakhs Only) divided into 22,48,40,000 (Twenty-Two Crores Forty-Eight Lakhs) Equity Shares comprising of 12,84,80,000 (Twelve Crores Eighty-Four Lakhs Eighty Thousand) fully paid-up Equity Shares and 9,63,60,000 (Nine Crores Sixty-Three Lakhs Sixty Thousand) partly paid up Equity Shares) of face value of Rs. 1.00/- (Rupees One Only). There is no change in the authorized capital of the Company which is Rs.23,25,00,000.00/- (Rupees Twenty-Three Crores and Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) divided in to 23,25,00,000 (TwentyThree Crores and Twenty-Five Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs 1.00/- (Rupees One Only) each.
