Arvind Ltd approves appointment of CFO, Chairman and MD

The Board of Directors of Arvind Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Mr. Swayam Saurabh, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from March 22, 2022 as a Key Managerial Personnel in place of Mr. Jayesh Shah who will continue as Whole time Director of the Company and Group CFO.

The board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Sanjay S. Lalbhai, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for a period of 5 years from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2027 subject to the approval of members of the Company.

Shares of Arvind Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 116.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62701 in over 1027 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 119.95 and intraday low of 116.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7388281.00.
