Smartlink Holdings Ltd to invest further in subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Smartlink Holdings Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., March 10, 2022 have considered and unanimously approved the acquisition of 1,05,00,000 (One Crore Five Lakhs) Equity Shares aggregating upto Rs. 10,50,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Fifty Lakhs only) issued by Synegra EMS Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Smartlink Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 134.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2680 in over 191 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 136.80 and intraday low of 133.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 362086.00.
