HPL Electric & Power Limited appoints Mr. Gautam Seth as CFO

On the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of HPL Electric & Power Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 9th March, 2022 have appointed Mr. Gautam Seth, as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f 9th March, 2022 in addition to his current role as Joint Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Gautam Seth is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is having over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. He has been associated with the company since long. He is involved in the Group's sales and marketing activities and spearheaded its forays into new products and greenfield projects including their inception, implementation and growth. Currently he is designated as Joint Managing Director of the company.

Shares of HPL Electric & Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 61.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22937 in over 549 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.95 and intraday low of 59.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1394355.00.
