              The board of directors of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has declared second interim dividend of Rs.12/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up (120%) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to deduction of tax at source, if any, to those members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company on Monday, March 14, 2022 being the Record Date for the purpose of the payment of second interim dividend.
