P G Foils Limited allots 9,83,000 equity shares

The warrant holders (i.e. Promoter, Promoter Group and Other) have exercised their rights for conversion of the warrants into equity shares. Consequently, the Board of Directors of P G Foils Limited at their meeting held today i.e. on 5th March, 2022 has allotted 9,83,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 10/-each (with a premium of Rs.184/-per equity share) pursuant to exercise of 9,83,000 convertible warrants.

These equity shares allotted on conversion of the warrants, shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares.

Post the allotment of equity shares, the paid up equity shares of the Company has increased from lNR 8,11,00,000/-(Rupees Eight Crore Eleven Lakhs only) to lNR 9,09,30,000/-(Rupees Nine Crore Nine Lakhs Thirty Thousand only).

Shares of PG FOILS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 340.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 351.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1939 in over 84 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 358.95 and intraday low of 335.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 661768.00.
