Kaya Limited to avail loan from Directors

The Board of Directors of Kaya Limited at its meeting held today, i.e., March 4, 2022 have approved to avail a loan Rs. 15,80,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores Eighty Lakhs Only) each from Mr. Harsh Mariwala and Mr. Rajendra Mariwala, Directors of the Company, on the mutually agreed terms and conditions between the Company and the respective Director.

Shares of Kaya Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 355.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 360.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1796 in over 104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 365.95 and intraday low of 355.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 648090.00.
