Decipher Labs to consider permitting promoters to invest in subsidiary

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Decipher Labs Limited will be held on Monday, 07.03.2022 at 4:30 p.m. at 4th Floor, Plot No. 94, Sagar Society, Banjara Hills, Road no.2 Hyderabad- 500034, Telangana to consider permitting the Investment in the Subsidiary Company - ICP Solutions Private Limited by the Promoters of Decipher Labs Limited and others.

The board will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
