In view of the same, with effect from 02 March 2022 the Registered Office address of the Company is 601, 6th Floor, Zero One IT Park, Survey No. 79/1, Ghorpadi, Mundhwa Road, Pune - 411 036, Maharashtra. Pursuant to new COR, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company is changed as L51504PN1978PLC209007.
