Veeram Securities board approves stock split, cancels interim dividend

The Board of directors of Veeram Securities Limited has decided to cancel the interim dividend and approved Split / Sub-division of Nominal Value of 1 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each into 5 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each subject to necessary permissions and approvals.

The Board has decided to conduct EGM on Friday 1st April, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the registered office of the company situated at Ground & First Floor, 7, Natvarshyam Co Op Ho S Ltd, Opp Orchid Park, Ramdevnagar Road, Sattelite, Ahmedabad - 380051.
