Resolution Professional receives 16 resolution plans for HDIL

The Resolution Professional of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) has received Sixteen (16) Resolution Plans from nine (9) Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRAs). However, one of the PRA has submitted the Resolution Plan without the requisite Earnest Money Deposit as required under the Request for Resolution Plan.

The Resolution Professional is in the process of examining the Resolution Plans in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Regulations framed thereunder.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.76 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.89. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61699 in over 177 trades.
