Gemini Communication Board recommends Stock Split & 15% dividend

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the dividend of 15% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

The Board has recommend to split the equity shares of Rs 1/- each from Rs 5/- per share.

The Stock closed on Friday at Rs.265.20, up by Rs.12.60 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.265.20 and low of Rs.248.

The total traded quantity was 337820 compared to 2 week average of 220051.
