ABB India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.20

The board of directors of ABB India Ltd have recommended final dividend of Rs.5.20 per share (Rupees five and paise twenty only) on 211 ,908,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up for the year ended December 31, 2021 subject to approval of Shareholders.

The dividend, if declared at the 72nd Annual General Meeting, will be paid on and from May 9, 2022, to those Members who hold shares in physical form and whose name appears on the Company's Register of Members as holders of Equity Shares on April 28, 2022 and in respect of shares held in electronic form, to the Beneficial Owners of the shares as at the close of business hours on April 28, 2022 as per details to be furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

Shares of ABB India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2179.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2236.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9230 in over 1481 trades.
