PI Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting today i.e. February 3, 2022 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs.3 per share (i.e. 300%) on the Equity Shares of the Company carrying face value of Re.l/- each for the financial year 2021-22 and the same shall be paid on or before March 02, 2022.

The Company has fixed February 15, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.

Shares of PI Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2488.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2518.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6404 in over 1127 trades.
