Burger King India Ltd receives nod to change name as Restaurant Brands Asia Limited

The Company has received approval of shareholders on January 20, 2022, and Registrar of Companies, Mumbai ('RoC'), has also approved the change of name of the Company from "Burger King India Limited" to "Restaurant Brands Asia Limited" with effect from February 2, 2022.

Shares of Burger King India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 136.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 134.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 90780 in over 1465 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.50 and intraday low of 135.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12400106.00.
