Gateway Distriparks Ltd ceases to be management contractor of Punjab Conware CFS

Gateway Distriparks Limited had entered into an Operations and Management agreement with Punjab State Container & Warehousing Corporation Limited (Punjab Conware), to operate and manage their Container Freight Station (CFS) at Navi Mumbai for a period of 15 (fifteen) years from 1 February 2007 till 31 January 2022.

The term of the aforesaid agreement has expired today i.e; 31 January,2022.

The Company ceases to be the Operations and Management Contractor of Punjab Conware CFS w.e.f. 1 February 2022. However the Company continues to operate its own CFS (GDL CFS) at Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai.
