Coforge declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 13

The Board of directors of Coforge Ltd has declared Third interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen only) per Equity Share of the Company the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2021-22.

The Board has fixed February 08, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Third interim Dividend.

The payment of Third interim dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Shares of Coforge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4400.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4783.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37553 in over 8822 trades.
