Dhanada Corporation signs MOU with Scandsbi Holdings Ltd, Cyprus

Dhanada Corporation Ltd has executed and signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Scandsib Holdings Ltd, Cyprus so as to achieve certain common benefits for both the parties such as changes in the control and Board of the company, dual risting of the company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, name change, infusion of capital, expansion business / development of swap of promoters shareholding all to some extend etc., subject to the compliance of applicable laws, rules and regulations-and consent, permission, approval of sharehotders and concerned regulatory authorities in India and / or Europe.

The MOU is initial document of certain terms and conditions agreed between the aforesaid parties.
