Subsequent to shareholders approval dated December 27, 2021, Moneyboxx Finance Limited has announced that on December 31, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 15,17,847 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, at a price of Rs. 95 per share (including share premium of Rs. 85 per share), on Preferential basis.
