RattanIndia Enterprises Limited forms foreign subsidiary

A wholly owned foreign subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited by the name 'NEORISE TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO' has been formed under the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and registered in Free Zone Company records on December 27, 2021 for which the intimation is received at our end yesterday in the second-half only.

NEORISE TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO has been formed with the object of providing Management Consultancies, Project Management Services and to make investment in Commercial enterprises and Management.

Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1049674 in over 2561 trades.
