Intec Capital Limited accepts OTS proposal sent by Dhanlaxmi Bank

Dhanlaxmi Bank ("Bank") had sent proposal for One Time Settlement (OTS) for a consolidated agreed amount of Rs. 1.5 Crores to be paid in installments by 31st March 2022. Intec Capital Limited has accepted the said proposal today via acceptance letter given to the Bank.
