Vishvprabha Ventures Limited rights issue to open on Dec 29, 2021

The Rights Issue Committee of Vishvprabha Ventures Limited, has approved the Schedule of the Rights Issue.

The Issue Opening Date is Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

The Last date for On Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlements is Thursday, January 20, 2022.

The Issue Closing Date is Thursday, January 27, 2022.

The board had earlier approved the issue of 14,70,000 (Fourteen Lakhs Seventy Thousand Only) fully paid up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at an issue price of Rs.30/- (Rupees Thirty Only) per right equity share including a premium of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty Only) per rights equity share for an amount aggregating to Rs.4,41,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Forty One Lac Only) to all the existing equity shareholders as of the company as on Thursday, December 02, 2021 being the Record Date on a rights basis ("Rights Issue").

The ratio of the rights issue is 6 (Six) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) fully paidup Equity Share held by the existing equity shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date.

Shares of Vishvprabha Ventures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 82.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 429 in over 18 trades.
