Satin Creditcare Network Ltd to acquire stake in Rupyo

Satin Creditcare Network Limited ("Company") has entered into an agreement to acquire ~9% stake in Jay Kay Financial Technologies Private Limited ("Rupyo").

The Company aims to support growth of early stage Indian Fin-tech start-ups and stand with them in building significant scale to achieve its vision.

The Rupyo is engaged in Earned Wage Access related solutions, a start-up (fin-tech) founded by Mr. Shivin Khanna & Mr. Pragun Jindal.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72953 in over 1137 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 102.00 and intraday low of 93.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7211174.00.
