JMC Projects India Ltd updates on credit rating

CARE Ratings Limited vide its Letter dated December 08, 2021 has assigned the rating as CARE AA-; Stable (Double A Minus; Outlook: Stable) to the proposed issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 99 Crore on private placement basis by JMC Projects India Ltd.

Shares of JMC Projects (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 100.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 94.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44693 in over 887 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 104.25 and intraday low of 94.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4433888.00.
