Gian Life Care Ltd to enter into agreement with KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center

The Board of Directors of Gian Life Care Limited ('the Company') at its Meeting held on Monday, December 06, 2021, have approved proposal to enter into Management & Operation Services Agreement with M/s. KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center to come into effect from 15th December, 2021.

The said agreement / tie-up will allow Gian Life Care Limited to mark its presence in the city of Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan.

The said agreement is expected to enhance revenue / turnover of M/s. Gian Life Care Limited by aprox. INR 3 Crores annually.

By the said tie-up, the Net Profit of M/s. Gian Life Care Limited is expected to increase by aprox INR 30-35 Lakhs annually.

M/s. Gian Life Care Limited shall further invest INR 1 Crore on upgrading the infrastructure of M/s. KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center which shall further increase the revenue / turnover from INR 3 Crores to aprox. INR 5-6 Crores in the near future.

M/s. KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center, a well-known diagnostic center owned by and operated under a sole proprietorship concern located at Shanker Sadan, Adinath Marg, Opposite SMS Hospital, Jaipur-302001, Rajasthan. The Annual Turnover of the concern is aprox. INR 3 Crores and Net Profit is aprox INR 30-35 Lakhs.

Shares of Gian Life Care Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 89.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13500 in over 7 trades.
