SpiceJet Ltd enters into settlement agreement with Boeing

SpiceJet Ltd has entered into a settlement agreement with Boeing wherein Boeing has agreed to provide certain accommodations and settle the outstanding claims related to the grounding of 737 MAX aircraft and its return to service. This paves the way for the induction of efficient and younger MAX aircraft into the Company's fleet and ensures the resumption of new aircraft deliveries from our order of 155 MAX aircraft.

Shares of SPICEJET LTD was last trading in BSE at Rs. 78.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4782610 in over 25552 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.40 and intraday low of 71.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 369567418.00.
