Anupam Rasayan India Ltd board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Anupam Rasayan India Ltd has declared 1st interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 of INR 0.50/­ at 5% per equity share of face value of INR 10/- each to the equity shareholders.

The board has fixed Record Date for the payment of 1s interim dividend as November 18, 2021 and payment date on or before December 8, 2021.
