Oscar Global Ltd to sell its property at Noida

The Board of Directors of Oscar Global Ltd at its meeting held on 21st October, 2021, have unanimously decided to sell the Company's Property situated at C-76, Sector-08, Noida - 201301 measuring 802 sq. meters and severally authorized Mr. Karan Kanika Verma, Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Pawan Chadha, Whole Time Director & CFO, to do all such acts as may be necessary in this regard.
