Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited opens QIP

The Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited ("Securities Issue Committee") has, at its meeting held today i.e. October 19, 2021 approved the raising of funds by way of issue of Equity Shares, through a qualified institutions placement, in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

The committee authorized the opening of the Issue today i.e. on October 19, 2021 and the floor price for the Issue being ₹ 422.48 per Equity Share, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

The committee also approved the preliminary placement document dated October 19, 2021, together with the application form, in connection with the Issue.

Shares of Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 431.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 440.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45525 in over 1745 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 452.00 and intraday low of 426.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19930110.00.
