Veritas India Ltd to sell stake in two subsidiaries to Swan Energy Ltd

Veritas India Ltd proposes to transfer 74% (Seventy Four Percent) of its holding in following subsidiaries to Swan Energy Limited.

- Veritas Polychem Private Limited
- Veritas Infra & Logistics Private Limited.

Upon completion of necessary compliances and subject to approval by shareholders, above two companies would cease to be Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the company.

Shares of VERITAS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2259 in over 39 trades.
