My Money Securities Ltd board allots shares, warrants

The Board of Directors of My Money Securities Ltd, at their meeting held today i.e., October 11, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company i.e. 10-A Under Hill Lane, Civil Lines, New Delhi - 110054, has, considered and approved the allotment of 35,00,000 Equity Share for cash at an issue price of Rs.12/- per Equity Share by way of preferential allotment.

The board also approved the allotment of 33,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants (Warrants') each carrying a right to subscribe to one Equity Share per Warrant, for cash at an issue price of Rs.12/- per warrant by way of preferential allotment.
